Foundation Setting
2 hour kickoff + leadership assessment
This is the foundational work to build our relationship and map out the course of our work together, as well as identify near-term priorities.
PILLAR 1.
Progress Meetings
60 minutes every week
You will drive the agenda with high-priority issues. I will check in on stated priorities and track progress against your development plan as we go.
PILLAR 2.
Words that Sound Good.
We help leadership teams build vulnerability-based trust. From there, we support you in challenging one another directly and productively. Our focus includes self awareness, communication, and minimizing drama. We reflect team dynamics, surface issues that need attention, and shares best practices when appropriate. Lauren’s approach is collaborative and fun, with the goal of helping teams solve issues more efficiently on their own.
Stakeholder Interviews
6-10 interviews
Together, we’ll identify key stakeholders to interview. The goal is to get to know you, identify areas for development, and engage key people to support you in your growth.

As-needed support

Lauren Ivison is the founder of Totem Leadership and a trusted partner to executives, founders, and leadership teams navigating growth, complexity, and change. With a background in law and venture capital, Lauren brings a rare combination of strategic rigor and human-centered coaching to her work.
Through executive coaching, facilitation, and speaking, she helps leaders build clarity, resilience, and alignment so they can perform at a high level without burning out. Her approach is grounded in the belief that work can be a source of meaning and growth, not depletion.
