Foundation Setting

2 hour kickoff + leadership assessment

This is the foundational work to build our relationship and map out the course of our work together, as well as identify near-term priorities.

PILLAR 1.



Progress Meetings

60 minutes every week

You will drive the agenda with high-priority issues. I will check in on stated priorities and track progress against your development plan as we go.

PILLAR 2.


I help leadership teams build vulnerability-based trust. From there, I support you in challenging one another directly and productively. Our focus includes self awareness, communication, and minimizing drama. We reflect team dynamics, surface issues that need attention, and shares best practices when appropriate. This approach is collaborative and fun, with the goal of helping teams solve issues more efficiently on their own.


Stakeholder Interviews

6-10 interviews

Together, we’ll identify key stakeholders to interview. The goal is to get to know you, identify areas for development, and engage key people to support you in your growth.

As-needed support
